Metal Resources Inc. was founded by Frank Eberwein and Bill Wilson in 1994 as a match-maker for those customers needing flat-rolled slit coil and cut-to-length independent toll processing. These processing services were primarily provided by a steel coil toll processing firm Eberwein and Wilson founded that same year (Metal Processing Corporation, Gary, IN) and owned and operated for 18 years until May 2012 when they sold their interest therein. In August 2012 they became partners in Andes Coil Processors LLC, an independent toll processing firm providing metal coil warehousing, slitting, cut-to-length and transportation services with facilities in Lewisville & Dallas TX and Gary IN.
